By accessing the Marhaba Musafir public website, customer portal, or booking our travel services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our services
Marhaba Musafir provides travel agency services including published packages, custom itineraries, flights, accommodation, transfers, and related coordination. Specific inclusions, exclusions, and prices are stated on package pages, quotes, and booking confirmations.
Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration and traveller information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login credentials
- Promptly uploading required documents (e.g. passports)
- Reviewing booking details before submission
We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or false information.
Bookings & payments
- A booking is confirmed when accepted in the portal or confirmed in writing by our team and any required deposit is received
- Prices are quoted in the currency shown for your market unless stated otherwise
- Instalment schedules and due dates appear on invoices in the customer portal
- Late or missed payments may affect booking status and supplier commitments
- Third-party supplier terms (airlines, hotels) may also apply to components of your trip
Changes & cancellations
Cancellation and refund rules are set out on each package or custom quote and in your booking confirmation. Change requests depend on supplier availability and may incur fees. Contact us as early as possible for amendments.
Travel documents & visa
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health requirements, and insurance unless explicitly included in your package. We provide guidance but cannot guarantee visa approval — that remains with relevant authorities.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We act as an agent coordinating third-party suppliers; those suppliers are responsible for delivering their services
- We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control (e.g. strikes, weather, government restrictions)
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the affected booking, except where law prohibits such limitation
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.

Information on this website is for general guidance. We aim to keep it accurate but do not warrant that descriptions, prices, or availability are error-free. Published package details prevail at the time of booking.
Intellectual property
Content, branding, and materials on this website belong to Marhaba Musafir or licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Prohibited use
You must not misuse our website or portal, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with our support team.
