Do I need an account to browse packages?

You can browse packages on the public website without signing in. To book, add travellers, and pay, you will need a free customer portal account.

Can I compare packages before booking?

Yes. After you sign in to the customer portal, add packages to your compare list and review inclusions, dates, and prices side by side.

What is included in a ready-made package?

Each package page lists inclusions and exclusions — typically flights, hotels, transfers, and visa support where stated. Read the itinerary and policies on the package detail page before booking.

Are prices shown final?

Published prices are for your selected market and currency. Any optional add-ons or room upgrades are shown during booking before you confirm.

Customer portal

How do I create a customer portal account?

Click Create account on our website header or visit the customer portal register page. Verify your email with OTP, set a password, and complete your profile.

Where do I upload passports and documents?

In the portal under Profile & documents, and per booking under the travellers section. Keeping documents in your profile speeds up future bookings.

Can I track my booking status online?

Yes. Your dashboard and bookings area show status, payment progress, and any actions needed from you before departure.

I forgot my password — what should I do?

Use the Forgot password link on the portal login page. You will receive an OTP to reset your password securely.

Custom requests

Bespoke itineraries and tailor-made quotes.

How do custom trip requests work?

Submit your dates, budget, group size, and preferences in the portal or via our custom trips page. Our team prepares a quote — usually within one business day for standard requests.

Is there a fee to request a custom quote?

Requesting a quote is free. You only pay once you accept an offer and proceed to booking.

Can I change a custom itinerary after accepting?

Changes may be possible before final confirmation depending on supplier availability. Contact your advisor through the custom request thread in the portal.

Do custom trips include visa support?

We can coordinate visa guidance and document checks as part of a custom package. Requirements vary by destination — we will confirm during quoting.

Payments

How do I pay for my booking?

After booking, invoices appear in the customer portal. Pay online from the invoices area or follow payment instructions on your booking page.

Can I pay in instalments?

Many packages support staged payments. Your invoice schedule shows amounts and due dates — contact us if you need to discuss a payment plan.

Where can I download receipts?

Paid invoices can be downloaded as PDF from the invoices section in the portal.

What payment methods are accepted?

Available methods are shown at checkout in the portal and may vary by market. Contact us if you need help with a specific payment option.

Travel & visa

Documentation, visas, and preparation.

Do you help with visa applications?

We provide guidance and document checks for trips we coordinate. Final visa approval is always issued by the relevant embassy or authority.

When should I upload passport copies?

As soon as possible after booking — ideally when completing traveller details in the portal. Early uploads help avoid last-minute delays.

What if my passport expires soon?

Most destinations require six months validity beyond travel dates. Renew your passport before booking if you are close to expiry.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Insurance can be arranged for many packages and custom trips. Ask your advisor or note it in your custom request.

Group & corporate travel

Larger groups, organisations, and special arrangements.

Can you handle corporate or school groups?

Yes. We support group leaders and organisations with tailored quotes, room blocks, payment arrangements, and a single point of contact.

Do you offer standalone flights only?

Our focus is end-to-end trips. Standalone flight-only requests may be handled case by case — contact us to discuss.

How far in advance should groups book?

We recommend enquiring at least 8–12 weeks before travel for peak seasons. Earlier is better for large groups or bespoke itineraries.
