Documents in the portal
After you create an account, upload passports under Profile & documents. When you book a package, traveller details link to those files so you are not re-sending scans by email.
Budget and payments
Package pages show pricing for your market. Invoices in the customer portal break down instalments — pay online and download receipts when each stage clears.
